You're invited to the Halloween Trunk or Treat presented by American Legion Post 166 Texas, 1402 E. Santa Rosa st., 5 to 7 p.m. in downtown Victoria. "A safe, family friendly environment to trick or treat for the Victoria community. The City of Victoria Parks Department will be there with their POPUP Park, Kimmy will be face painting and making balloon art.
