The Victoria County Master Gardeners Association and Texas A&M Agrilife Extension present the Annual VCMGA Fall Symposium at the Victoria Educational Gardens Pavilion and 4-H Activity Center

2023 VCMGA Fall Symposium Title: “Smart Gardening” Featuring four dynamic speakers

9:30 a.m. – ​Brad Voss – Collin County Horticulturist – Drought Proofing – Working with Nature

10:45 a.m. – Jason Alfaro – Tree Mann Solutions, Houston – Small Native Trees for Victoria and Crossroads area

12:45 p.m. – Christine Anastas – Master Gardener/Master Naturalist – Monarchs, Migration and Milkweed

2:00 p.m. – Lauren Simpson – Naturalist and Creator of St. Julian’s Crossing Wildlife Habitat/Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Houston Law Center – Creating a Pollinator Paradise at Home
