Charity Concert: Gary Morris Family & Friends Christmas Tour

Victoria College’s Leo J. Welder Center for the Performing Arts will host a Charity Concert “Gary Morris Family and Friends Christmas Tour” with legendary country artist and songsmith Gary Morris on Thursday, Dec. 2 at 7:30 p.m.
The Charity Concert Series benefits Bluebonnet Youth Ranch, the Victoria Lions Club, and Victoria College's Leo J. Welder Center for the Performing Arts.
Tickets for the event are $45 for the general public and $35 for season ticket holders and sponsors. Tickets can be purchased online at WelderCenter.org or by calling (361) 570-8587.
Gary is best known for his original recording of "Wind Beneath My Wings" which won both the Country Music Association and Academy of Country Music "Song of the Year" awards. The Texas-born vocalist earns ovations whenever he performs. His magnificent voice has graced the historic stage of the Grand Ole Opry, as well as the White House. Gary is one of America’s greatest performers of Patriotic Music. His masterful renditions of "The National Anthem" and "God Bless America", among others, bring audiences to their feet. His recent studio release, "Faith and Freedom," personifies the essence of the principles that this country was founded upon.
