KOLACHE FEST at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Hallettsville on Saturday, Sept 24th has something for everyone! Eating contests, arts and crafts booths, classic car show, more Perhaps the highlight of the day for children young and old is the Kolache Fest Parade through Hallettsville’s Downtown Square. Other activities for the children include games and activity booths. Of course, it wouldn’t be a Czech festival without polka music. Throughout the day polka bands are on hand to entertain guests and delight visitors. The night is finished off with the Kolache Fest dance featuring bands that are local and regional favorites.
