MCB is honored to present a lecture by Curtis Graves, former member of the Texas House of Representatives. Welder Center for the Performing Arts in downtown Victoria (214 North Main Street) Free & open to the public Mr. Graves will share stories from his life: living in Texas during the Civil Rights era, serving in the Texas legislature, working for NASA, and finding the Louisiana plantations where his family had been enslaved.
