The Cuero Public Library presents the "Texas - German Saga" on Tuesday, April 21, 2020 at the Cuero Public Library from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

All the way from From Germany and here in Cuero. Barbara Ortwein will be here to present  her Texas historical fiction books that are based on real events. Her trilogy is about a German father and son who emigrate, under great peril to Texas in the early 1800's. Her characters are compiled from research on real German ancestors, maybe even yours!

Traditional German Music and songs will be performed. All are invited to join in and sing-a-long, as we retrace the genealogical roots of our Texas-German ancestors. Books will be for sale  before and after the event. Refreshments will be served
