SAVE THE DATE: Friday, April 17th at 6-9pm Take trip around the world without leaving Victoria, TX – enjoy music, food, fashions and traditional performances from around the world by attending the University of Houston-Victoria’s 4th Annual International Festival from 6:00pm – 9:00pm Friday, April 17th 2020 at the Jaguar Hall Commons at 2705 Houston Highway, Victoria TX 77901. Parking is available at all campus parking lots with shuttle service available every 5 mins. Additional parking is also available at the Citizens Parking lot in front of the Jaguar Hall. You will be able to see signage. First held in 2016, the popular event is hosted by UHV international students and International Programs Office and includes cultural display tables, dance and music performances, and a fashion show featuring costumes and apparel from the students’ home countries. Admission is FREE, and sample traditional foods prepared by international students supervised by UHV Dining Services employees. International Festival annually attracts over 500 students and community members, offering a view of the diversity of cultures prevalent on campus. The University enrolls more than 185 international students from over 42 countries. The festival is organized by UHV’s International Programs Office, and the Student Life Services; it is co-sponsored by the Victoria Northside Rotary Club.
