"Runaway Scrape" presented by: Donaly E. Brice and Fletcher Clark

The Cuero Public Library and Shutterbug Club presents a free program to the public: "Runaway Scrape" by Mr. Donaly E. Brice (Author/Historian) and Mr. Fletcher Clark (Songwriter) The Cuero Public Library (located at 207 E. Main Street, Cuero, Texas 77954) will be open at 6:30 where refreshments will be available and a wonderful display of the Shutterbug Clubs picture entries and winners for the 2019 season. Promptly at 7:00 we will sit down to our presentation by Mr. Donaly E. Brice and Mr. Fletcher Clark. After the presentation, the audience will be able to ask questions or make comments. This program recounts in song and lecture format, the frenzied flight before the advancing armies of Santa Anna and ends with our victory at San Jacinto, the capture and surrender of the tyrant and the emergence of the Republic. We hope this historical presentation will be one that all family members (young and old) will enjoy. Thank you for your patronage and may God bless you all.
