I have never received such horrible treatment by a manager as I did from Joanne. My car compressor went out in the Spring, and I brought it to WD. They told me the compressor was fine, but that I needed a $450 Blower replacement. 4 hours after picking the car up, the air was gone again. I took is back and they filled it with freon...said nothing was wrong with the compressor. The air has gone out again. NOW, they want to charge $2300 to fix the compressor, and said they may need to charge much more if there's a freon leak. I chose to take the car to another mechanic, and manager Joann screamed at the top of her lungs at me on the telephone. She did the same to my mother who called back shortly after. Horrible people. Scammers as well.
